- Has a thermal conductivity of 3.0W/m ∙ K, which is 2.1 times higher than the existing product
- Silicone-free THERMAL PAD contains no siloxane
- With excellent flexibility and stress relaxation, the assembled pad can lower the load on heating elements and PCBs
- Recommended operating temperature: -40 ~125⁰C
- Bleeds less oil compared with the silicone type
- High impedance in a wide frequency band.
- Temperature has only a small effect on the performance.
- Oval-shape provides space-saving, lower profile

for conducted noise suppression - Satisfied requirement of ISO 16750-3 Ⅱ vibration test for road vehicles

- 2‒6GHz range noise suppression sheet
- Highly effective for suppressing electromagnetic emission and immunity.
- Ideal for management of internal interference issues in Sub-6 GHz such as Wi-Fi, 5G, and GPS wireless devices.
- Low outgassing and VOC (volatile organic compounds).
- Easy noise reduction by simply attaching onto enclosure, cables, and around PCBs.
