Conductive Cushion Gasket: EZ-Foam™ – EZ-F Series

This popular conductive cushion gasket, EZ-Foam™, has the unique combination of high conductivity in all X, Y and Z-axes, excellent EMI shielding, great grounding capabilities, as well as shock absorption. It’s a very thin, light weight, flexible, easy to cut, and versatile solution for limited space applications including smart phones, tablet PCs, navigation systems, and many more applications. A black version of our EZ-Foam (Part Number: EZ-FB) is now available in 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, and 0.7 thickness.

  • Cost-effective, tarnish-resistant, electrically conductive NiCu-plated polyolefin foam with conductive adhesive.
  • Excellent surface and volume conductivity.
  • Ideal for grounding or shielding applications with narrow gaps such as tablets and smart phones, and a great alternative to FoF gaskets for thin spaces.
  • Excellent shock absorption and vibration damping properties.
  • Kiss-cut die cutting for easy application.
  • Recommended compression rate between 15~30%.
